Refund policy

According to our 14-day return policy, you have 14 days from the date you receive an item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and ensure we resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), made-to-measure products (e.g., special orders or customized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all tags, and it must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If your return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via the original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process the refund and for it to appear on your account.
